What are your Terms of Payment?
We accept VISA, American Expess, MasterCard and Diner's Club as payment for online orders.
What is your Return Policy?
Customized products are not returnable. However, we will replace products that are not correct due to OUR error. For non-custom (stock) products, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. (unless the cause of the return is OUR error) Items returned in a damaged condition, will not be accept and no credit will be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
