Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp is optional. Required elements if choose to use one: Notary Public's name exactly as it appears on the Certificate of Office. The seal must also have the words “Notary Public” and contain either the words “Maine” or “ME” or the Great Seal of the State of Maine.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
