Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: the exact name of the Notary as it appears on appointment and the words “Notary Public, State of New Mexico.”
A round rubber stamp is not permitted. The rubber stamp may not have a signature line.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
