Rubber-inked stamp. Required elements – Notary's name, commission expiration date, commission number, and the words “Notary Public” and “State of Florida.” No symbol is required or prohibited, however, the use of the Great Seal of the State of Florida is strictly prohibited..

Ink color: BLACK only capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.

Embosser – May be used with rubber stamp seal but may NOT be a substitute for it.
