Rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: Stamp must include the Notary’s Name, the words "Notary Public" and "State of Idaho". *As of Oct. 1, 2018: The stamp MUST include the State issued Commission Number. NOTE that the words "My Commission Expires (date) is OPTIONAL. (NO other information may be on stamp beyond what is outlined above)
Stamps must have serrated or milled border and can not exceed 1.75" for round stamps or 2.25"X1" for rectangular stamps
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
